Are you obsessed with stained glass like us? Maybe you've always wanted to make your own? This is the perfect workshop for people wanting to try their hand at stained glass copper foiling, making their own earrings.
In this House of Hobby workshop, we will teach you all about the art of copper foiling glass. You will be guided through the entire process in this hands-on workshop to design and make your own glass earrings. We will have a range of glass colours to make your design unique to you, with time to create a few pairs.
You'll learn beginner techniques which will give you the essentials know how and confidence to make items using glass.
This workshop is perfect for beginners who are looking to try their hand at glass work & create unique items.
What this workshop includes:
- All materials and equipment required to make a few pairs of glass earrings (you can make at least 3 pairs with a simple design, like the image above. More complex designs take longer, so you may only be able to make 1 or 2 pairs in the given workshop time.)
- Tips and tricks about where to buy glass and how to continue creating at home
- Morning Tea & Free flowing refreshments
What to bring:
Glass although beautiful, it does have sharp edges. Please wear enclosed shoes. We will provide aprons and safety glasses on the day, you are also welcome to bring your own.
