Kiln Services

We offer kiln services for Crockd kits & House of Hobby pottery boxes which can be brought from our shop. This is to ensure the success of all items in the kiln. If you are wanting to fire items which include a different type of clay, please give us a call or email to see if the clay is compatible with our studio. We do stoneware firings and unsuitable clay will melt under the hot temperatures.

We offer full service firings, which turn your clay creations into a ceramic masterpiece your item will require 2 x firings. The first firing is the bisque firing, after the bisque firing we glaze your item, then a second firing turns your creation into a fully functional ceramic item. We have a clay professional onsite who looks after all of the kiln firings.

Firing Costs
Firing includes a bisque fire & a glaze fire with either a clear or white gloss finish, we take care of the entire process for you, then give you a call when your item is ready to collect, too easy right?

Small Items under 10cm tall, or wide or both $15
Medium Items under 15cm tall, or wide or both $20
Large items under 22cm tall, or wide or both $25
Sadly we are not equipped to fire items any bigger than 25 cm

Payment is required when you drop your items at the studio.
