Meet your Sourdough teacher - Lien

“ In 2018, I was experimenting with fermenting foods which led me to sourdough, a natural progression from my love for bread making. I was always intrigued by the process and excited by the challenge. It was a quite a journey to create a healthy sourdough starter, but it felt so rewarding to achieved it. I still feel the same excitement cutting into each loaf now. “
